In addition to our sustainability and governance efforts, we are deeply committed to supporting the community through the Disha Foundation, a vital part of our group. The Disha Foundation serves as a resource centre for specially abled children, including those with cerebral palsy and learning disabilities. By providing specialized care and support, we aim to empower these children and their families, helping them lead fulfilling lives and functioning member of society

In addition to that, we even train aspiring teachers to better care for and educate these students. Our work with the Disha Foundation underscores our belief in inclusivity and our dedication to making a positive impact on society. Our involvement goes beyond financial support; we actively participate in the institution's activities. Employees from our manufacturing locations spend two days each year at the school, engaging with the students and using their skills to improve the school's procedures.
